The purchaser agrees that these Contact Lenses are for their personal use only and have entered my Contact Lens script correctly.
Infar Vision through this website is able to sell replacement lenses worldwide. For direct eye care you should consult your Optometrist or Ophthalmologist regularly.
New Zealand regulations require dispensing of contact lenses to residents of these countries to have a valid prescription less than two years old, from a registered Optometrist or Ophthalmologist.
New brands of lenses without a new prescription can cause difficulty due to the various parameters. Your eye care practitioner must fit contact lenses correctly to your eye. Replacement contact lenses we are supplying to you must have previously been successfully fitted by your Optometrist, and have a valid prescription less than two years old. A new prescription is required before changing your brand.
Privacy of any information about you will not be used or disclosed without your consent, or access your communications on our websites, unless required by law or we believe it necessary to provide you with a service which you have requested.
Return Policy of our products - we guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not pleased with your order, please contact us at sales@infarvision.co.nz or telephone (09)8387055 with your order number and we will gladly attend to your request. We are unable to accept returned lenses, unless your order has been supplied incorrectly.
Warranty All lenses distributed by Infar Vision have full manufacturer's warranty.
Internet Ordering Security Infar Vision uses SSL security for credit card transactions. The encrypted transactions are safe and secure and processed through World Pay. For security purposes, Infar Vision does not have access to your credit card details and no details are kept on our server. Alternatively, you may pay by cheque mailed to PO Box or fax credit card details to (09) 838 7055.
Shipment of lenses is usually within 2-3 days of receiving the order. We will contact you by e-mail if there are any delays in processing your order due to the lens being out of stock.
